Another former WWE wrestler was caught driving under influence. Andrew Martin, otherwise known as Test was picked up by the Highway Patrol Police, who spoke about Test. Apparently, He was shaking and unsteady, he didn’t smell of alcohol but his eye’s were bloodshot and his speech slurred.

Test failed a field-sobriety test and after refusing to take urine sample he was sent to the Land O’Lakes Jail. According to the report the range made, Test had been falling asleep in the rangers car on the way to the Jail.

An ongoing case between the Sandman and a lady who claimed Sandman assaulted her have now been closed. Looking over tapes, it was obvious the Sandman had done nothing to the lady and the court case was closed on March 26th 2008. The result, the lady had to pay for the court case - I guess you get what’s right
