Steve Williams Retiring | Ric Flair News | Hulk Hogan
Former WCW and WWE superstar Steve “Dr Death” Williams is set to retire. Steve recently underwent a hernia operation and broke the news that he thought it was time to give up working as an active wrestler. This may mean we might see him come in every so often, but due to a porr fan base might mean we don’t see him again. WWE stopped using him as a fitness and devlopment trainer a year ago and since then he has been working with other on and off companies.
Ric Flair the only man to enter the WWE Hall Of Fame while he was still an active wrestler has announced a new second autobiography. This one will be written with former WCW announcer Mark Madden. Currently there is no release date, but Flair seems passionate about this so hopefully it will be out soon! In other news, Flair was set to be a special referree in a Bob Armstrong Vs Dan Sawyer match for the Global Championship Wrestling Federation. He ended up taking some photos with fans and signing some autographis only. The show however, only drew around 400 fans.
Flair and Hogan will be at a fan function signing autographs, it will take place in Secausus, New Jersey. Some big money for Hulk Hogan, bringing in between $75,000 and $50,000 as an asking price for the signing. Not bad for putting pen to paper, aye? ![]()
