This week on Raw, a Match between Ric Flair The Nature Boy and Shawn Michaels The Showstopper was announced. Ric Flair came out and spoke to Michaels about having a shot against him at Wrestlemania, a hesitant Michaels at first said no, but Flair was able to get a match out of him.

The match will take place on March 30 at Wrestlemania XXIV.

Hardcore Holly and Cody Rhodes defeat Santino Marella and Carlito. (Holly pins Santino after delivering the Alabama Slam).

Chris Jericho defeats Jeff Hardy in Money in the Bank Qualifying Match. (After continuous close pinfalls, Jericho is able to roll up Hardy and pin him).

Mr Mcmahon apologies to son Hornswaggle.

Umaga defeats DH Smith.

Shawn Michaels defeats Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch via pinfall.

John Cena and Triple H defeat Randy Orton and Mr. Kennedy. (Cena gives Kennedy the STFU).

Floyd Mayweather has accepted WWE’s proposal of $20 million US dollars to take part in a match against 7-foot, 420 pound, Big Show at Wrestlemania 24. The rivalry between the two started when Big Show entered the latest WWE Pay-Per-View, No Way Out. Big Show called Mayweather out and received three shots to the face and a blood nose.

After Big Show apologized to Mayweather on last weeks Raw and shaking hands, he exclaimed, “You must understand the only way you can hurt me was on my knees and even on my knees I’m bigger than you. You want publicity? Come take on the Big Show! The greatest fighter in the world versus the largest athlete in the world.” Mayweather ran up to the ring and accepted the match.

Maria Kanellis has been officially added to the April issue of Playboy. Maria would have to defeat Beth Phoenix to earn appear on Playboy. Candice Michelle made a shock entrance during the match and allowed Maria to pin Beth and get the Playboy deal.

On Raw this past week, Ric Flair, The Nature Boy, was announced to be the first inductee of the 2008 WWE hall of fame. Below are Ric’s accomplishments in both WWF and WWE.
